Attendance checklist

Questions: 9

The attendance checklist expects the following information to be rendered:  the date, time and place of the meeting as well as the names of all those present, the key points covered, the training given and a general conclusion of the meeting.

This is to formalize the recording of the meeting process. Recording the number of attendees is significant and required, especially during regular and special meetings because the information is specific from one site to another. The signature will be required as soon as the meeting is over by all those present to demonstrate that the information has been received well and understood.

Example: During a meeting like a security briefing, all the main actors will be present. The form will be completed, requiring to fill up the purpose of the meeting and the conclusion. All stakeholders present will have to sign.
